San Gimignano è uno di quei luoghi che quando ci arrivi resti per dici minuti con la bocca aperta ad ammirare. La bellezza di San Gimignano, la serenità che trasmette, ti lasciano un segno dentro. La “Storia in bici”, nella sua corsa da Cuneo a Napoli, non poteva fare a meno di fermarsi a San Gimignano per un arrivo di tappa. Raccomandiamo a tutti i partecipanti alla Cuneo Napoli 2020 di vedere il video, oltre i titoli di coda… c’è una piccola sorpresa fotografica. Qualcuno si chiederà come sia stato possibile per il cameraman, riprendere la scena con la videocamera e nello stesso tempo scattare delle fotografie… la risposta è semplice: basta tenere la videocamera con la mano destra e la fotocamera con la mano sinistra. San Gimignano è una città collinare della Toscana situata a sud-ovest di Firenze. Circondata da mura del XIII secolo, il fulcro del suo centro storico è piazza della Cisterna, una piazza triangolare fiancheggiata da case medievali. Nella skyline di torri medievali spicca la Torre Grossa in pietra. Il Duomo di San Gimignano è una chiesa del XII secolo in cui è possibile ammirare gli affreschi del Ghirlandaio nella Cappella di Santa Fina.

C’è chi annusa il rosmarino, chi è già stanco e chi porta la maglia nera ma è in prima fila; la Cuneo Napoli non smette mai di raccontare la “Storia in Bici”. Una storia fatta di passione per la biciletta, per la cultura e, perché no, per la buona cucina. In questa puntata si passa per Carrara e si finisce in un giro di ruote alla Certosa di Pisa a Calci. Napoli si avvicina ma ci sono ancora molti chilometri da percorre e tanti amici da incontrare.

dagli “uomini di mondo” con la solita spavalderia di quelli che “hanno fatto
tre anni di militare a Cuneo”. Tutti bagnati, compresi chi ha fatto le riprese.
Quarto dei Mille (Genova) - Portofino - Passo del Bracco – Luni, queste le
principali località toccate dalla carovana di “La Storia in Bici” … più il
viaggio prosegue nel suo naturale percorso, più diventerà spettacolare…

Dove brillano le stelle... facile gioco di parole per descrivere la prossima tappa del giro Cuneo Napoli 2020: Stella in provincia di Savona. La sede comunale è situata nella frazione di San Giovanni, quest'ultima celebre per aver dato i natali a Sandro Pertini, settimo presidente della Repubblica Italiana dal 1978 al 1985. La carovana della "La Storia in Bici" arriva nel paese accolta come sempre da tanta simpatia e cortesia. Nella prossima “puntata” l’incontro con il Sindaco.

Le biciclette, un gruppo di persone proveniente da ogni parte d'Italia, la storia di ogni luogo e un traguardo da raggiungere, ovvero “La Storia in Bici”. Da Cuneo a Napoli tutti assieme, nessuno resta indietro, anche se magari si fatica su “quella benedetta salita”. Tutti assieme a “La bocchetta di Altare” (anche nota come bocchetta di Cadibona o colle di Cadibona, 459 m slm) importante valico in provincia di Savona. Convenzionalmente divide le Alpi dagli Appennini, nello specifico le Alpi Liguri dall'Appennino ligure.
